The Benedict's Wedding! | Massachussets Wedding
July 21st, 2018 was the day Bonnie and Chuck (Clyde) committed themselves to each other in front of their family and friends. It was such a beautiful day in Georgetown, Massachusetts! The sky was blue, there wasNO humidity - Thank God- and the weather was perfect!
Bonnie and Chuck asked me a year ago to capture their big day and I was beyond excited! I’ve known Bonnie for years now and to be able to celebrate not only her wedding day but her journey with her, was an absolute joy. Chuck is such a good, Godly man and the absolute perfect fit for Bonnies adventurous and goofy self.
The day began with Bonnies girls getting ready and pampered for the big day! They all looked absolutely gorgeous in their soft pink + hot pink dresses. Chucks two daughters looked lovely as flower girls. The ladies were energetic all day long and made sure Bonnie was taken care of. <3
The guys were just as energetic and fun as the girls. You could tell they were really excited for Chuck and made sure the day was one long party! I loved how Chucks dad was also his best man. It testified to their strong relationship.
Now to the ceremony…….tears, tears, tears. Knowing the couple personally made those moments so much more special for me. Chuck tried to hold in the tears as Bonnie walked down the aisle with her Dad. He didn’t though, and beautiful tears were shed by Chuck and many others * cough cough me*.
Before the big kiss, Bonnie shared vows with Chucks two girls and gave them each a necklace that said “Today I tell your dad I do and I promise to love you forever too”. Everyone’s hearts were touched in that moment.
After all the sweet moments, Josiah announced them husband and wife, they sealed it with a kiss and danced out to “Signed Sealed Delivered”! That was the perfect transition into an unforgettable night!
The reception started off with high energy and dancing! Midway through, Dave, one of the groomsman, showed a video of Bonnie and Chucks love story. This brought the whole day together. After dinner, it was time to celebrate with dancing all night! And that they did.
What an absolute honor and amazing time it was!
